This tool is definitely the easiest way to handle a heavy door. It will easily roll a 300 pound door to it's opening, You can install the casings while it hold the door, then you can adjust it to the proper height and plumb it, and when all is ready....secure the door to the opening. Once secure, simply open the door and crank down the adjusters and roll the tool out. It isn't tired from the lifting, moving , and holding  and neither are you.
